In just a few days, I’ll be heading off to the ACLEA Annual Meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah. I’m excited to reconnect with many of my CLE colleagues, and am also meeting with several of the regulators who attend their organization’s (CLE Reg) meeting concurrently. The meeting always gives a great chance to catch up, discuss issues and challenges shared, and learn best practices from industry experts.
This year’s program offerings look interesting and especially timely, with many focusing on the industry during this economic downturn. Click here for a full schedule. And if you can’t attend live, you may be interested in attending a webcast of a session, where you can share in the information and even submit questions to the speakers.
One exciting bit of news: our MCLE committee (which unfortunately always meets bright and early on Monday morning) has made terrific progress this year with an exciting survey tracking providers’ experiences with MCLE regulators and their staff. Check back for another post on the results soon!
This year, I’ll be blogging and Tweeting live from ACLEA, so be sure to check back during the event, July 25-28, 2009. My Twitter handle is @CLEgina. If you are not a Twitter user, you can also follow my tweets right here on GinasCLEblog, via a special twitter feed.
Tomorrow I will post some helpful links to ACLEA materials.
