I'm providing one last post with versions of the MCLE rules in map format. Hopefully folks have been finding these helpful - thanks to all for the feedback and suggestions!
The first map today displays the rounding rules for each state, which vary from "down to the nearest 1/100th of a credit" to "to the nearest whole credit" - quite a variety.
This map shows the state's rules regarding their minimum credit hour available. Note that many states require a full hour as the minimum program length and do not allow providers to offer segments or short programs for credit.
Finally a map (attempting) to display the carryover rules. I have to admit that this one may be less than helpful. With 13 different amounts of carryover and some restrictions - the map got colorful and complicated! Note that the number of hours available for carryover is not limited and applies only to the next compliance period unless otherwise noted.
